development interests of the Starkville and Oktibbeha county area
are served and promoted by the<a href="http://www.starkville.org/" target="_blank">

<font color="#006699"><b>D</b></font>evelopment<font color="#006699">
<b>P</b></font>artnership</a>, an organization formed in 2001 as
a partnership between the Starkville Area Chamber of Commerce, the
Oktibbeha County Economic Development Authority and the Starkville
Convention and Visitors Bureau. The mission of the GSDP is to build
a more prosperous Starkville area by improving conditions which
affect the economic well-being of the business community and stimulating
the creation and preservation of desirable jobs. This is conducted
in harmony with efforts to create and maintain an atmosphere that
supports the highest quality lifestyle.</font></p><div>

GSDP's partner organizations does its part to develop the economic
