- Must provide proof of address for service to begin (rent receipt, signed lease/purchase agreement)
- Photo ID (driver's license, passport, student ID, etc.)
- Completed application- Application Form
- Deposits - $150 for Electricity, $35 for water/ sewer
- $25 application fee

Provides electric service OUTSIDE CITY LIMITS. For information on your water association and garbage collection agency in the county, please contact your property manager.
REQUIREMENTS FOR SERVICE
- Application must be completed. This can be found on 4 County website or by contacting the office.
- Fees: $25 membership, $25 connection and a deposit ranging from $0 to $200.
- Must provide a photo ID, Social Security Card and a lease agreement/rent receipt.
- Bank draft available.
- Credit/debit cards accepted.
