Starkville is continuously reviewing all operational and programing opportunities with the focus of Health Life and Safety as a priority during our current status with COVID. Updates are posted on the Parks and Recreation Facebook page bi-weekly. 

Currently:

  • The Travis Outlaw Center is open to walkers only from 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
  • Indoor programs and rentals (rooms and park pavilions) are currently postponed.  
  • Parks are all first come first serve.
  • City requests all users adhere to all Social Distancing and COVID mask requirements.
  • Health Life or Safety concerns throughout the Parks and Recreational areas - Please Contact,  Trent Helms, Maintenance Manager, at 662-341-0475.
