The City of Starkville has Adopted Contactless Paid Parking with ParkMobile
Paid parking is required on University Drive, from Montgomery Street to the MSU campus, and other marked streets in the Cotton District Monday - Friday / 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. Parking is free daily from 8:00 p.m.—8:00 a.m., Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
If you park less than 15 minutes, the ParkMobile mobile app will not charge you for parking. (Free 15-minute parking requires the use of the ParkMobile app at the time you park)
Parking fees: $0.75 for the first hour and $1.00 for each additional hour. The app will only allow payments Monday—Friday / 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
