I think it is a terrible mistake for the P&Z Board to make in letting Christopher Krtizman build his proposed residential and commercial facility on University Drive. WHAT were you thinking? Traffic is already congested on that main thoroughfare to campus, and don't think those students living there will actually walk to campus! There are vacant apartments all over town and we do not need additional places for students to live. Someone suggested that some of you planning and zoning people must be losing your minds and I am beginning to wonder!

I agree the Planning & Zoning Board and the Historic Preservation Commission are absent. If we can have a moratorium on new billboards, then it is more important to stop new condominium and apartment construction, and take care of our infrastructure for a change. It is just money driving all this unnecessary construction tearing up our city.
