   I think the slow human labor intensive way of doing things in the tax collector's office needs to be upgraded. The line is too long, people has to stay in line for more than one hour at a time, it is just unacceptable... Why do the clerks still have to type things by hand if technologies like barcode or internet transaction are already so ubiquitous? By automating the process at lease a portion of the line can be made disapear...

2. Best Practices FAQ and Forum for Pet Owners Which Can be Cross-referenced with the Animal Shelter's website.

   Having a frequently asked questions section and forum for pet owners would be great. Some topics, such as best practices for pet waste disposal are not covered very well.
